Toast Weddings Reno - Tahoe is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Reno, Tahoe and statewide in Nevada.
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

Our toast wedding video highlight film and full video turned out amazing! Juliana was always very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful during the process. Sabrina who did the video on the day of the wedding was amazing and captured all of our special moments the day of the wedding. I would recommend Toast to all my friends and family for wedding videos !

Jared did such a wonderful job of working with our planner, photographer, and us to capture our day in a way that was noninvasive. Toast was professional from the start with constant communication, clear contracts, and follow through. Our video made us cry and perfectly captured who we are and the feelings we wanted from the day. We went with the highlight film as well as the documentary edit to be able to see some of the more important moments fully fleshed out and we are so pleased with our choice. While we were on the fence if we should get a videographer to try to save money, we are SO grateful we did and even more grateful for the beautiful final products given to us by Toast.

We had a wonderful experience with Toast films. Gail was very helpful and kept us posted each step of the way. Our videographer was beyond amazing and she worked well with our photographer and listened to everything we wanted. Our films turned out amazing and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Toast to any couple wanting to have long lasting video footage of their special day.

Highly recommend working with Toast! Our videographer Alejandro was incredibly professional and kind and made us feel so comfortable on the wedding day. Our coordinator Sharayah kept in touch with us throughout the planning and after the wedding and made all of the logistics a breeze! We were so thrilled with the final product - it was exactly what we hoped for. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Toast!

Toast was great from start to finish. Our videographer, Sabrina, was awesome and worked really well with our photographers. I loved the drone shots they took of the church and reception venue. It was great to be able to give input/revisions on our highlight film to make it exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with our wedding video and are glad we choose Toast to capture our special day.

We decided to hire a videographer at the last minute before our wedding and we are SO GLAD we did and went with Toast Wedding Films. The result was incredible and we will have amazing memories forever now. Working with Julianna in the planning process was seamless and she made each step easy. The day of, our on-site videographer was extremely approachable, friendly and approachable. He was great at coming up with prompts and poses for us which is essential for my awkward and shy self. It was an amazing experience, and the final product was incredible and made our wedding look like a professional movie scene. We couldn't be more happy.

Wonderful experience! Toast was awesome to work with from beginning to end, it was very smooth. Charlie was our contact point via email and was very helpful coordinating with us on everything we wanted in the video and the edits made after the wedding. Our videographer, Jared, was also very easy to work with on the day of the wedding. Jared did a great job getting content of the bridal party & guests as well as the venue grounds! I am very happy that we have these amazing videos to keep forever. Big thank you to the Toast Team!

We love everything that Toast had made for our wedding. We had Gage as our videographer and he was amazing. Perfect balance of personal and professional. Really made us comfortable through every step of the way. Hyped us up and made us feel good during the whole time. Everyone attending the wedding loved having him around and made everyone really want to be captured. The videos he captured really got the essence of our wedding. We would love to recommend him to any future events.
Charlie was very professional and timely even though at times we were not. We really appreciate his patience and the work he did on the edited video. We had no remarks on our highlight video. Everything by was perfect on the first go.
We recommend the Toast wedding films Reno to anyone that needs a videographer for their wedding. They really are something that you will not regret having and will be watching the videos for years to come.

When beginning to plan our wedding, Dylan and I knew we wanted a small, intimate wedding. Strictly close friends and family. That concluded to 220 people attended. To some people, that might sound like a huge wedding, but to us, we were overjoyed and overwhelmed with having the privilege to be surrounded by all of the people that truly know us to our core. They were the ones we felt comfortable around, accepted us and supported us. To have Saul, from Toast Wedding Films, be our special guest collecting prime memories for us to look back on was was perfect. He was the final piece to our puzzle of fun and love. He instantly became like family. He made me feel comfortable, I felt like he knew, not just me, but also our family. Dylan and I were so supported by him and I appreciated seeing him accept every person he connected with. Saul made it easy, effortless and created genuine laughter. To see the work he has put together makes us emotional as we are extremely happy and thankful that he captured the raw, precious moments not just from that day, but of our relationship and loved ones. We are forever grateful Toast Wedding Films brought us to Saul and his gift in creating a beautiful reminder to Dylan and I of how much fun we had and how rich we are in love.

We weren’t sure if we were going to hire a videographer for our wedding, and boy are we glad we did. The videos produced by Toast captured our wedding day so perfectly, and caught genuine moments between me and my husband. Not only were the videos delivered long before the anticipated date, but the team was so fantastic to work with and were such a joy to have there on our wedding day. We cannot recommend Toast enough!

My husband and I were married in Truckee on 5/21/22. We worked with Sabrina and she was so wonderful to work with! She captured all the details of our day in such a beautiful way, and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She was fun and professional and worked beautifully with our photographer to capture our wedding day. Highly recommend working with Toast!

We loved working with Toast! The planning process was so easy and stress-free, and they were very thorough in their preparation. Irene, our Client Rep was easy to work with and very patient and understanding. Pricing was very reasonable, as well, which doesn't hurt.
While our final video was delayed (due to the pandemic, staffing issues, and general wedding industry overload that was out of their control), we are so in love with our final piece. It was well worth the wait!
We were on the fence about booking a videographer and slated it as a wish list item, but Toast made it possible, and now I couldn't imagine not having a film to look back on.

Toast was amazing to work with. Very professional throughout the whole process. They communicated well and captured our whole wedding without it seeming like a staged video production. They listened to what we wanted and the finish product is so much better than we could have anticipated.

Finding and selecting a videographer is HARD, but I am so happy I decided to work with Toast Wedding Films. They were fantastic to work with from beginning to end, and they truly make you feel that your wedding and your film is important to them. They worked great with my photographer and just added a really fun and positive vibe to all the festivities of the day. I truly can't say enough great things about them!
